Wedding Wednesdays: Part II - Wedding Wednesday Giveaway

It's hard to believe that two months has passed and we've posted 17 Wedding Wednesdays posts here on ClemsonGirl.com. We have had so much fun reading about how our readers fell in love at Clemson or how they made Clemson a very special part of their wedding day.

And of course...the photos! The amazing engagement sessions on Clemson's campus...and the gorgeous wedding photos, wedding dresses, etc., etc. etc.,...again a big thanks to all of the couples and photographers who shared their stories and photos.

So we're sad to say that with the end of June brings the end of Wedding Wednesdays...for now. But now that it's July..which I'm still wondering how this year has flown by so quickly...we will be gearing up for football season (our fave time of year) with lots of fun new things planned for the blog.

But in honor of Wedding Wednesdays, we wanted to do one last giveaway. One of our fave posts from a past Wedding Wednesday was Maggie and Jonathon's Clemson wedding. We really loved the fact that they used the book "There's Something in These Hills" as their guestbook at their reception.

We liked the idea so much that we decided to give the book away to a lucky Clemson Girl reader!

To enter, comment on this post and tell us what you loved most about Wedding Wednesdays on ClemsonGirl.com. Also include your first name and last initial and where you're from. Mention you are an official blog follower (see blog followers list in right column below our tweets) and get an extra entry!

Deadline to enter is noon on Friday, July 2nd. We'll randomly draw and announce the winner Friday afternoon on the blog.

Good Luck!

I loved the idea of getting pictures taken on Clemson's campus. Although we are already married, I am trying to convince my husband (who dosen't like getting his picture taken) to do a photo session there just because :).

I enjoyed looking at all the beautiful pictures and the places that couples were engaged. Clemson is such a beautiful place that I just don't understand how someone could not compare it to God's country. Enjoy your site very much!

I loved all the engagement/wedding photos taken at Clemson. I think Jennifer and Chad had the BEST wedding pictures in Death Valley. My favorite is the one where they are on the center paw.

I loved seeing how couples incorporated all the amazing things about Clemson that are special to them in their big day. People just don't realize when your blood runs orange, you want it to be obvious in all parts of your life!

I loved how we were able to read the story of how each couple met, fell in love, and ultimately how each man proposed...took me back to my own life! I also loved the way that each couple took such cute pictures and had unique ways of planning their Clemson wedding! I have so many wonderful ideas now! Erica S. Middleburg, Florida - blog follower

My husband and I were married last July 18. We both were reacquainted through Tigernet in August 2008 (A Clemson Website) after meeting first at freshman orientation on the grass in front of Brackett Hall in July of 1981. We didn't get married in Clemson, but our wedding was certainly Clemson themed down to the grooms cake, wedding cake, flowers, and bridesmaid's dresses. Hoping you do this again because I have enjoyed the stories and the pictures would love to share ours. We're in Albany, NY now but we still bleed orange and plan to retire in the upstate. Thanks for your site!

Getting ready to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we're thinking of heading back to Clemson for a game and a stay at the Pendleton Inn (still there?) to celebrate. What better place to visit in honor of our 10 years. Not married there, but our wedding incorporated all things Clemson. Almost 18 years of bliss with my Clemson guy. We're even thinking of having our own little renewing of vows on campus. 18 years ago this Fall we met at Gameroom. There is something in those hills!! Kristie from PA - blog follower ;)
