Wedding Wednesdays: Part II - Real Clemson Girl wedding

I am so excited to share this real Clemson Girl wedding with you today. The Clemson Girl reader (and bride) Robyn Lee really represented her Clemson spirit well throughout her wedding.

Robyn and her husband, Burton (class of 1998), are huge Clemson fans. The wedding took place at the historic Woodfield Inn in Flat Rock, NC. They rented the entire inn for the weekend so their friends and families could all stay together and celebrate all weekend long.

As you'll see in the amazing photos below, Robyn and Burton made sure Clemson was an important part of their wedding day. They even had their wedding band play a 1940's version of Tiger Rag as they and their wedding party entered the reception.

And now for the best part...the pictures!! However, you'll notice one traditional Clemson photo is missing - the Clemson alumni guests and the Clemson flag. Robyn admits she had every intention of taking such a photo at her reception and didn't even realize they had forgotten until her and Burton were well on their honeymoon. "Everyone was having too much fun dancing," she told us.

All of the bridesmaid bouquets were orange and I love the color paired with the brown. So pretty.

The groomsmen also sported orange - with their vests. Here is a photo of Robyn and Burton with the groom's parents... the father was the Best Man, wearing his orange vest, while the mother wore purple. Definitely a Clemson family.

Check out the table top decor...just a hint of orange. This decor looks so elegant.

And of course, every couple needs their Clemson cake topper - and why not a tiger bride and groom cake topper? I've never seen this one before. Love it!

And remember earlier today I gave you a hint about today's real wedding post? I mentioned that the Tiger was really cold at this wedding... well that's because the Tiger is on ice... and is ice... literally! How amazing is this tiger ice sculpture? What a way to make an impression at your wedding... Wow!

And finally...the bride's favorite photo (and my favorite) from her wedding...here is a picture of the bride's father looking at one of her bridal portraits taken inside of Death Valley.

What a lovely wedding with perfect Clemson touches throughout to really showcase the couple's love of Clemson. Thank you Robyn and Burton for sharing your beautiful wedding with all of our readers. Much love to you from all of us!
