Happy Hour - Pumpkin Spice and oh so nice

It's not even October yet, but everywhere you look it's Pumpkin Spice this and Pumpkin Spice that. Why not join in the pumpkin deliciousness and try out a Pumpkin Spice shot this weekend to celebrate that first Clemson touch down in the 1st quarter. :)

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. vodka
• 3 tbs. pumpkin puree
• 3 tbs. simple syrup
• 1 dash ground cinnamon
• 1 dash ground nutmeg
• 1 - 1.5 tbs. heavy cream
• ice

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, mix well. Strain into large shot or standard martini glasses. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired. *Please drink responsibly...
